Attorneys fees are non-refundable, are earned immediately, and not based upon an hourly rate. The fee is exclusive of trials, appeals, fines or court costs. If court costs, fines, or traffic school or other conditions are imposed the client shall remain solely responsible for payment of same. No representations have been made to the client concerning the probability of success in their case, and no representations have been made as to which attorney will represent him/her, and an attorney not associated with the firm may be substituted to represent the client. The Rosenblum Law Firm may employ local counsel to represent the client, at no additional cost to the client for their participation in the case. All information
